Deep ruby red when held to the light, otherwise nearly black, with brilliant clarity and a dense tan foam that laces the glass.

Aromas of milk chocolate and bittersweet cocoa rise first, followed by warm fresh bread, soft caramel, and hints of dark crust. A faint noble hop spice lingers in the background.

On the palate, smooth chocolate and caramel lead into layers of warm bread and gentle cocoa, with a restrained roast character adding depth without sharpness.

Medium to medium-full body with a soft, rounded mouthfeel. Exceptionally smooth, finishing crisp, clean, and lightly dry with a touch of hop bitterness that keeps everything in balance.

A dark lager that offers quiet depth -- rich in flavor, yet endlessly approachable.
